As alliances implement complex, long-term transformation agendas, the need to better align management practices with impact ambitions is growing. Yet, in many cases, these two dimensions remain siloed\u2014limiting coherence, visibility, and strategic steering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop will offer a shared space for project managers and impact officers to explore how management and impact can mutually reinforce one another.
