Antonio M. Figueiredo Neto is Professor of Physics in the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He has more than 250 papers in international journals, 1 book published by the Oxford University Press, 5 book chapters, more than 350 presentations in international conferences. He has about 2800 citations (WOS), h = 27. He has been supervisor of 23 defended Ph.D. students and 17 Master dissertations. He is member of the Brazilian Academy of Science, the Academy of Science of the State of São Paulo, and coordinator of the National Institute of Science and Technology on Complex Fluids.
