{"id":201,"date":"2024-11-08T08:19:38","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T07:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eventos.ugr.es\/iss-ms-data-metabolomics-2026\/?page_id=201"},"modified":"2026-03-23T08:12:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T07:12:46","slug":"registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eventos.ugr.es\/iss-ms-data-metabolomics-2026\/registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-cc6bf578 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-e839b15d alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center titulo-sitio has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#63754bde;font-style:normal;font-weight:100;line-height:1\">Registration<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Registration Process \u2013 ISS MS Data Metabolomics 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the limited number of available places, registration for the Summer School will follow a <strong>two-phase selection process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Phase 1 \u2013 Expression of Interest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">All prospective participants must first submit an <strong>Expression of Interest<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>short CV<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/eventos.ugr.es\/iss-ms-data-metabolomics-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/38\/2026\/02\/Short-CV-template.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download template<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>motivation letter<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/eventos.ugr.es\/iss-ms-data-metabolomics-2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/38\/2026\/02\/Motivation-letter-template.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download template<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both documents will be evaluated by the organizing committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">The short CV and motivation letter must follow the provided templates  and should briefly describe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your academic and\/or professional background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your background and interest in metabolomics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your motivation for attending the Summer School.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc4 <strong>Maximum length: one page per document<\/strong><br>\u26a0\ufe0f Documents exceeding this limit will not be evaluated.<br>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Deadline to submit the Expression of Interest: <\/strong> <strong>March 20<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressions of interest must be submitted using <a href=\"#form\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#form\">the form below<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Selection Decision<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All applicants will be informed of the selection outcome by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Notification of decision:<\/strong> <strong>April 20<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only selected candidates will be invited to proceed to Phase 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>backup list<\/strong> will be generated with non-selected candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Phase 2 \u2013 Registration and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates selected in Phase I must complete their registration by paying the corresponding inscription fee.<br>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Registration and payment deadline:<\/strong> <strong>May 30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inscription Fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Inscription Fee:<\/strong> <strong>450 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduced Inscription Fee (Members UGR &amp;
