For each paper, at least one author must pay the full registration fee. The other co-authors must pay at least the standard fee.

  • Cancellation before 15 November 2023: the full amount paid (excluding administrative and bank charges) will be refunded. 
  • Cancellations between 16 November and 1 December 2023: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • After 2 December 2023 no refund of the amount paid will be made since the organisation will have already guaranteed the costs of materials and services.
