Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: secretariat-myology2027@fyg.ugr.es
For cancellations made before 15th November 2026, the full amount will be refunded except for €30 to cover administrative costs.
For cancellations received by 9th December 2026, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 10th December 2026.
