  • Admission to all lectures and round tables of that course
  • Lunches and coffee breaks during the course duration.
  • Social program activities: an evening welcome reception at Carmen de la Victoria on April 21st, a conference dinner at Cuarto Real de Santo Domingo on April 25th, and a guided visit around Granada’s old town (date to be determined)
  • Outreach activities (dates to be determined).
  • Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: xcitech@ugr.es
  • For cancellations received by 15 March 2024, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted.
  • For cancellations received by 1 April 2024, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 10 April 2024.
  • Should you have any special request regarding the invoice, kindly let us know while submitting your application.
