– Alhambra registration deadline: May 12
Post-deadline submission:
– Deadline for poster submission May 22.
The acceptance of abstract and selection of contributed talks will be informed by April 20th
Welcome reception: June 16, 2024

Alhambra visit: We have organized a visit to the Alhambra exclusively for the EGAS participants on the evening of Tuesday, June 18th. You can register here.

REGISTRATION FEE AND DEADLINES

*A copy of valid Student Card must be uploaded in the on-line platform directly (pdf format is required) during the registration process.

  • Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: egas55@ugr.es
  • For cancellations received by 15 May 2024, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted.
  • For cancellations received by 1 June 2024, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 1 June 2024.
