A collection of original works presented at the 20th Food Colloids Conference will be published in two special issues dedicated to this event:

Awards

Elsevier kindly sponsors two awards for students attending the conference: a Best Poster Award (€300) and a Best Oral Presentation Award (€500). The recipients will be selected from among the student participants.

University of Granada Awards: Two additional prizes will be awarded for the Best Oral presentations and another two for the Best Posters.
