Social Program Registration

Registration for the congress includes the activities ‘Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and a Guided tourist walk’. If you wish to register an accompanying person for these activities, you can do so by completing the form below.

In addition, you have the possibility of a guided tour in English language to the Alhambra Palace, on Wednesday afternoon, 26th March, 17.00h.  This service can be booked here, directly with the company that will provide it.

  • Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: foodcolloids-secretariat@fyg.ugr.es
  • For cancellations received by 15th february, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30€ will be deducted.
  • For cancellations received by 5th march, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 5th march.
