PhD Student Support
Subject to the availability of remaining funds after the registration period, a limited number of grants may be offered to PhD students. These grants would consist of a partial reimbursement of the registration fee.

There is limited support for childcare for kids above 3 years old, please contact us at foodcolloids2026@ugr.es for more information if you are interested in bringing your kids to the conference.

Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: foodcolloids-secretariat@fyg.ugr.es
For cancellations received by 15^th february, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30€ will be deducted.
For cancellations received by 5^th march, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 5^th march.
