Registration Process – ISS MS Data Metabolomics 2026

Due to the limited number of available places, registration for the Summer School will follow a two-phase selection process.

Phase 1 – Expression of Interest

All prospective participants must first submit an Expression of Interest, including:

Both documents will be evaluated by the organizing committee.

The short CV and motivation letter must follow the provided templates and should briefly describe:

  • Your academic and/or professional background.
  • Your background and interest in metabolomics.
  • Your motivation for attending the Summer School.

⚠️ Documents exceeding this limit will not be evaluated.
📅 Deadline to submit the Expression of Interest: March 20

Expressions of interest must be submitted using the form below.

Selection Decision

  • All applicants will be informed of the selection outcome by email.
  • 📅 Notification of decision: April 20
  • Only selected candidates will be invited to proceed to Phase 2.
  • A backup list will be generated with non-selected candidates.

Phase 2 – Registration and Payment

Candidates selected in Phase I must complete their registration by paying the corresponding inscription fee.
📅 Registration and payment deadline: May 30

Inscription Fees

  • General Inscription Fee: 450 €
  • Reduced Inscription Fee (Members UGR & ARQUS): 350 €
  • Potential additional discounts (e.g. scientific societies) may apply and are pending confirmation.

The inscription fee includes all academic sessions, welcome package, lunches, coffee breaks, and the sociocultural program (Visit to the Alhambra, welcome dinner, and gala dinner).

Further details regarding the registration and payment instructions will be provided to selected participants.
